Unauthenticated server crash via unvalidated tensor dimensions

Reachable assertion in llama.cpp RPC Server 0.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the server via crafted tensor dimensions. rpc_server::deserialize_tensor passes network-supplied ne[0] to ggml_new_tensor_4d without checking quantization block-size alignment. No authentication is required; a HELLO followed by a crafted tensor command triggers SIGABRT and interrupts every RPC client.
