Unauthenticated account deletion via unchecked GET endpoint

Missing authentication in SourceCodester Simple Traffic Offense System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete user accounts via a crafted GET request. The delete-user.php handler reads the id parameter and immediately performs the deletion without validating a session or checking authorization. No valid session cookie is required; a direct request can remove an account, causing unauthorized data loss and disrupting application access.
