CVE-2026-86283Network attack vector

Event data disclosure via ACL-free UUID requery

Published Sep 6, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026

Missing authorization in MISP 2.5.45 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read restricted event data through UiBeta Collections. The view template re-queries attacker-supplied event UUIDs using only an Event.uuid condition, omitting createEventConditions() and its caller-specific ACL. Exploitation requires access to a collection containing a restricted event UUID and exposes event metadata, tags, creator organization, and galaxy clusters without granting write access.
