Unauthenticated exam deletion via unchecked ID parameter

Authorization bypass in SourceCodester Syllabus-Aligned Learning Management & Examination System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete exams. The delete_exam.php endpoint accepts a caller-controlled ID and deletes the referenced exam without verifying authorization for that record. No authentication or user interaction is required, so network access to the web application is sufficient to remove exam data.
