Unauthenticated appointment tampering via unchecked object identifiers

Authorization bypass in sfturing hosp_order at commit 627f426331da8086ce8fff2017d65b1ddef384f8 allows remote attackers to alter appointments. The orderUserCenter handler accepts userID, id, and diseaseInfo from the request, updates records by id alone, and retrieves appointments for the supplied userID. No session or ownership check precedes these operations, so unauthenticated requests can rewrite appointment state and medical text and disclose another user's appointment metadata.
