Reflected XSS via unescaped PHP_SELF output

Reflected XSS in the SponsorMe plugin for WordPress 0.5.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted URL. The plugin inserts the PHP_SELF value into form action and anchor href attributes without sanitizing input or escaping HTML output. Exploitation requires a user to open an attacker-controlled wp-admin/admin.php path, after which the script runs in that user's browser context.
