Unauthenticated SSRF via unchecked model base URL

Server-side request forgery in OpenAgents 0.8.0 through 0.8.19 and 0.9.3.post20 allows remote attackers to reach internal HTTP services. The unauthenticated test_default_model handler passes a caller-supplied base_url to AsyncOpenAI without URL or private-address validation. The HTTP transport must be reachable; successful requests can read cloud metadata responses or probe services accessible from the host.
