Unauthenticated internal API access via inconsistent request parsing

Access control bypass in N-able N-central before 2026.3.1.13 allows remote attackers to access internal APIs via crafted HTTP requests. Envoy treats a semicolon-bearing path as unprotected, while Jetty normalizes that path and a malformed Forwarded value to a loopback request before the access filter evaluates it. No credentials or user interaction are required; the flaw alone reaches local-only SOAP operations and yields a pre-login session, while privileged account creation requires chaining a separate authentication bypass.
