Server crash via uninitialized Certificate field access

Denial of service in PMMP PocketMine-MP 5.43.0 allows remote attackers to crash the server through an unauthenticated login. AuthenticationInfo accesses its Certificate typed property after an offline client omits that field, leaving the property uninitialized. The failure occurs before rejection even when offline mode is disabled, and repeated connections can repeatedly interrupt the server.
