Server command execution via tokenless console GET

Cross-site request forgery in Diem 5.1.0 through 5.1.3 allows remote attackers to execute server commands through an administrator's browser. The administrative plugin disables Symfony CSRF protection, while executeCommand accepts dm_command in a GET request without a request-method check or token validation. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator with the system credential to open an attacker-controlled link; commands then run as the web-server account and can read or modify application data.
