Unauthenticated SQL injection via unvalidated ID parameter
Published Sep 6, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Voting System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data through the ID parameter. The save_user action in /ajax.php places the POST ID value directly into an SQL query without validation or parameterization. No authentication is required; boolean- and time-based blind payloads can disclose or tamper with database data and interrupt service.
