Authenticated attachment writes via fail-open permission guard
Published Sep 5, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026
Incorrect authorization in APITable 1.13.0-beta.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write attachments to denied private datasheets. NodePermissionGuard.matchPermissions suppresses exceptions from getNodeRole, leaves nodePermission undefined, skips the required permission checks, and returns true. A valid Fusion API token and datasheet membership are required; the resulting access permits attachment uploads and presigned-URL creation but not broader access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
