Elevated command execution via unauthenticated HA peer functions

Missing authentication in Arista VeloCloud Edge allows remote attackers to execute elevated commands through the private HA interconnect. The private HA interconnect accepts sensitive peer-function requests without authenticating or otherwise verifying the requesting peer. Exploitation requires Active/Standby HA and Layer 2 access to the dedicated HA interconnect, and successful requests execute commands with elevated privileges.
