Credential exfiltration via unvalidated cross-origin probe URL

SSRF in n8n before 2.37.7 and 2.38.0 through 2.38.1 allows remote attackers to send authenticated requests to unintended origins. The Instance AI credential setup flow accepts a fetched test or verification URL without confirming that its origin matches the workflow node. Exploitation requires a user to inject attacker-controlled fetched content; resulting requests can disclose configured third-party credentials and probe other origins.
