Service interruption via repeated full-string folding

Denial of service in Text::LineFold 2019.001 and earlier allows attackers to exhaust resources via special break characters. Text::LineFold::fold splits text into special-break segments but folds the entire input for every segment, duplicating the full string repeatedly. An application must pass attacker-controlled text to the routine; resource consumption grows with the segment count and can interrupt the hosting process.
