Unauthenticated internal data access via unvalidated redirects

Server-side request forgery in Jina AI Reader through commit 1574bfd allows remote attackers to read internal responses via redirects. MiscService.assertNormalizedUrl validates only the initial URL, while curl and browser fetch paths follow redirect targets without applying equivalent private-address checks. An unauthenticated client can supply a public URL that redirects to an internal service or metadata endpoint reachable from the Reader host.
