Open redirect via unrestricted redir_url override

Open redirect in Dub 0 through 73415cf5e6be13ce9adb7ba5e97474307db34a17 allows remote attackers to redirect visitors externally via crafted short links. In get-final-url.ts, getUrlFromStringIfValid accepts redir_url whenever URL parsing succeeds and replaces the stored destination without a domain allowlist or scheme restriction. No authentication is required; exploitation requires a visitor to follow the crafted short link, and link cloaking can retain the trusted domain while attacker-controlled content loads.
