UI spoofing in Google Chrome on Mac before 148.0.7778.168 allows attackers to misrepresent browser interface through a crafted extension. Google identifies Downloads as the affected component but has not disclosed the faulty code path or operation that lets extension-controlled content spoof browser UI.
