Arbitrary file read via unchecked RangeFunction calls

Incorrect authorization in Crystal DBA Postgres MCP Pro 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to read files through crafted SQL queries. SafeSqlDriver allows RangeFunction nodes but does not apply its function-name allowlist to calls nested in those FROM-clause nodes. Exploitation requires restricted mode and a PostgreSQL role permitted to invoke server-side file functions, exposing files readable by the database process.
