Cross-tenant disclosure and deletion via unscoped dashboard IDs

IDOR in OpenPanel before 2.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read report definitions or delete dashboard layouts across tenants. The report.getLayouts and report.resetLayout procedures authorize the supplied projectId but query layout rows using an unbound, client-supplied dashboardId. Any organization member can target a guessable dashboard slug; disclosure is limited to report configuration, while deletion removes tile positions and sizes.
