Internal data disclosure via unauthenticated site checker

SSRF in the OpenPanel API before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP response metadata through the site checker. The unauthenticated GET /tools/site-checker handler passes a client-controlled URL to fetchWithRedirects without private-address checks and follows redirects without revalidating each destination. This exposes internal page titles, headers, status codes, certificate details, and network-scan timing, but no write or service-interruption impact is reported.
