Internal resource disclosure via unvalidated Site Checker URL

SSRF in OpenPanel before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP resources through the public Site Checker endpoint. The siteChecker handler passes the url query parameter directly to fetchWithRedirects(), which follows redirects and issues fetch() requests without validating resolved IP addresses. No authentication or user interaction is required; returned status, timing, headers, IP addresses, and parsed HTML metadata expose cloud metadata and internal services.
