Unauthenticated route access via empty digest secret

Authentication bypass in Traefik Proxy through 2.11.54 and 3.0.0 through 3.7.10 allows remote attackers to access digestAuth routes. The digestAuth secret provider returns an empty string for an unknown username, and the pinned digest library accepts it as HA1 when calculating the response. Any client that can reach a protected route can compute a matching digest without credentials and obtain the access intended for configured users.
