Incorrect authorization in phpMyFAQ before 4.1.8 allows remote attackers to submit questions despite disabled guest submissions. QuestionController::isAddingQuestionsAllowed() returns true when main.enableAskQuestions is enabled without enforcing records.allowQuestionsForGuests or reaching the user permission check. Exploitation requires the question feature to be enabled while guest submissions are disabled; it adds moderation-queue entries and notification email but cannot read, modify, or delete existing data.
