Private file disclosure via publish-access visibility omission

Authorization bypass in SiYuan 3.8.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read files from hidden notebooks through getFile. The /api/file/getFile handler applies ordinary authentication and checks disabled or password-protected notebooks, but its publish-access path omits the Visible:false decision before returning a raw file. A reader role, a hidden notebook identifier, and a relative path are required; successful requests disclose private document source, metadata, or internal configuration without write access.
