Cross-origin data disclosure
Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026
Information disclosure in ANGLE in Google Chrome before 148.0.7778.168 allows remote attackers to read cross-origin data on Windows. ANGLE incorrectly enforces cross-origin isolation for crafted HTML content, but Google has not disclosed the responsible code path or operation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction and an already compromised renderer process; the reported consequence is data disclosure only.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
