Wi-Fi configuration disclosure via insufficient interface permissions
Published Sep 10, 2026 · Updated Sep 10, 2026
Information disclosure in Hikvision Wi-Fi Series Camera firmware allows remote authenticated users to obtain Wi-Fi configuration data. Certain device interfaces validate low-privileged account permissions incorrectly before returning the stored configuration. A valid low-privilege device account and network access are required, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of Wi-Fi settings.
