Unauthenticated administrative access via unprotected API requests
Published Oct 8, 2026 · Updated Oct 8, 2026
Authentication bypass in Brocade ASCG before 3.5.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter configuration through the CDA API. The administrative management service accepts direct privileged API requests without authentication, exposing configuration mapping data and allowing inventory and operational-setting changes. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access to the service; the disclosed behavior establishes administrative data access and modification, not arbitrary code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
