Cross-site scripting via unescaped rendered errors

Cross-site scripting in HTML::FormHandler before 0.410002 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through crafted form errors. The Table layout and Bootstrap 2 and 3 wrappers splice each error string directly into HTML instead of entity-encoding it. An application must use one of those renderers and produce an attacker-influenced error, and a victim must view the resulting page for script to run in that application's origin.
