Arbitrary file append via unsanitized alog variable names

Path traversal in MOOS-IvP through 24.8.1 allows attackers to append data to arbitrary Windows files via crafted alog files. SplitHandler uses variable names extracted from an alog file to form split-output paths without rejecting backslash traversal sequences. An attacker must cause the local alogsplit utility to process a crafted file; successful exploitation writes attacker-controlled log data outside the chosen split directory.
