Memory disclosure and crash via short packet

Out-of-bounds read in Core MOOS through 10.4.0 allows remote attackers to disclose heap data or crash MOOSDB via a short packet. CMOOSCommPkt accepts a declared total length below the nine-byte header, then Serialize copies a four-byte message count from past the allocation. Only a TCP connection to the MOOSDB port is required before authentication; the response can expose adjacent heap bytes, while hardened allocators can terminate the process.
