Code execution via unbounded MOOS identifier formatting

Buffer overflow in themoos ui-moos through 50b9c6c allows remote attackers to execute code via long MOOS identifiers. ScopeTabPane.cpp and ScopeGrid.cpp pass database-supplied client and variable names to sprintf, which writes them into fixed 1024-byte static buffers without a length bound. An unauthenticated MOOS client can supply the names, but an operator must select the process entry or control-click the variable; demonstrated outcomes include uMS crashes, while the CNA records code execution.
