Remote process termination via hard-coded multicast passphrase

Remote process termination in themoos Core MOOS 10.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to shut down MOOS processes via multicast. SuicidalSleeper starts on the default multicast group and port with a passphrase embedded in source, accepts discovery and kill actions, and calls exit(0) after a matching kill request. Any unauthenticated peer on the same multicast domain can enumerate targets safely or terminate one or all matching processes, interrupting affected robotics middleware services.
