Service interruption via unbounded HTTP connection threads

Resource exhaustion in the MOOSDB HTTP server in themoos Core MOOS 10.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service. Each accepted HTTP connection starts a dedicated thread, while ReadLine appends attacker-supplied header bytes until a carriage return without connection or header limits. The web server must be enabled with WEBSERVERPORT or --webserver_port; holding many header reads open exhausts threads and memory and makes MOOSDB unavailable.
