Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized alogsplit pathname

Command injection in MOOS-IvP 24.8.1 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted alogsplit path. SplitHandler::handlePreCheckSplitDir() appends the input pathname or raw --dir value to a mkdir command and passes it to system() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Execution requires an operator to run alogsplit on the crafted pathname, and commands inherit that operator's privileges.
