Code execution via unvalidated IvP payload counts

Out-of-bounds write in StringToIvPFunction() in MOOS-IvP 24.8.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted BHV_IPF payloads. The decoder uses unvalidated dimension, piece, and degree counts for allocations and loops, then writes attacker-controlled doubles past the IvPBox weight array after dimension narrowing. An unauthenticated MOOS publisher can reach a subscribing process; a 65-byte payload crashes stock uFunctionVis, while successful memory corruption permits process-level code execution.
