Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded decoder copies

Buffer overflows in MOOS-IvP 24.8.1 and earlier allow remote attackers to execute code via crafted IvP function strings. StringToIvPFunction and StringToIvPContext allocate context buffers from a payload length but copy until a comma, while the domain copy writes into a fixed 5,000-byte stack buffer without a bound. Any unauthenticated client able to publish BHV_IPF to the MOOS bus can crash uFunctionVis or corrupt its memory; malicious alog files provide an offline path.
