Bridge crash via negative UDP length

Buffer overflow in pMOOSBridge in themoos essential-moos 10.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the bridge via UDP. CMOOSUDPLink::ReadPktFromArray() accepts a negative GetBytesRequired() result, passes a signed bounds check, and converts it to an oversized size_t memcpy length. An unauthenticated four-byte datagram to the configured UDPListen port is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is heap corruption and process termination.
