Bridge route injection via unauthenticated node pings

Improper message authentication in MOOS-IvP uFldShoreBroker 24.8.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect bridge traffic. The broker trusts unverified NODE_BROKER_PING HostRecord fields and creates outbound bridge routes to their claimed addresses. Any network participant able to publish that message can divert bridged variables to an attacker-controlled endpoint, altering their delivery path.
