Message-source spoofing via wire-supplied identity

Authentication bypass in themoos Core MOOS 10.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to spoof MOOSDB message sources over the network. CMOOSDB::OnRxPkt ignores the connection-bound sClient value and dispatches messages using attacker-controlled m_sSrc and m_sOriginatingCommunity fields. Any connected client can forge writer provenance, inject messages into another client's mailbox, or cancel third-party subscriptions.
