Unauthenticated variable writes via HTTP HandlePoke

Authentication bypass in Core MOOS 10.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to write MOOSDB variables through its optional HTTP server. CHTTPConnection::HandlePoke parses VariableToPoke and NewValue parameters from an HTTP GET request and calls Notify without checking any credential, token, or origin. The HTTP server must be enabled with WEBSERVERPORT and reachable; successful writes can alter actuator, navigation, override, deployment, or abort commands on the mission bus.
