Command execution via unsanitized MOOS client names

Command injection in MOOS-IvP uMemWatch through 24.8.1 allows remote attackers to execute commands via crafted MOOS client names. MemWatch::measureMemory() places each client name into an unquoted shell redirection target and passes the command to system() without sanitizing metacharacters. The attacker must connect a maliciously named client and publish one numeric value; commands run with the uMemWatch process privileges.
