SNMP credential disclosure via incomplete log masking
Published Sep 25, 2026 · Updated Sep 25, 2026
Sensitive-data exposure in Brocade SANnav before 3.0.1a allows attackers with log access to retrieve stored SNMP credentials. The logging subsystem incompletely masks SNMP authentication and privacy password properties under specific configurations, recording retrievable values. Read access to system logs or support bundles is required; exposed credentials enable unauthorized read or management access to monitored switches.
