Stored cross-site scripting in light0011 cms allows remote attackers to execute script in readers' browsers via article content. ChapterModel passes stored content through htmlspecialchars_decode, and oneChapter.tpl emits the decoded value without sanitization or output encoding. The exposed chapter-creation action requires no login; viewing the public article triggers script in the site origin, enabling content changes or victim-session actions.
