Persistent script-bearing URLs via missing save validation

Unsafe URL storage in MISP 2.5.45 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to persist script-bearing dashboard button URLs. Both dashboard settings save paths stored ButtonWidget URL values without applying the renderer's same-origin URL validation. Existing render-time validation neutralizes known malicious values, so published evidence establishes a defense-in-depth gap rather than a direct bypass.
