Unauthenticated code execution via polyglot image upload

Unrestricted file upload in itsourcecode Online Medicine Delivery System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted image. The doInsert function in rider/orders/controller.php uses getimagesize but preserves an attacker-controlled .php filename when moving the file into a web-accessible directory. No authentication is required because the session redirect does not terminate execution, and requesting the uploaded PHP file runs commands as the web server.
