Database disclosure via unprepared URL-path queries

SQL injection in Themeisle Multiple Pages Generator 4.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data via URL paths. The shortcode's URL-path query handling inserts insufficiently escaped user input into an existing SQL query without sufficient preparation. Subscriber-level access is required, and the path is reachable only when [mpg_spintax] is rendered in site-wide content such as a footer or template part.
