Privileged stored XSS via unescaped alias rendering
Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026
Stored XSS in Regular Labs Tabs & Accordions 1.0.0 through 3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via a crafted alias. The link renderer inserts the rtla-alias value into a quoted JavaScript argument inside an onclick attribute without securing either output context. An attacker needs privileges to store crafted content, and execution occurs when a visitor clicks a link whose item alias triggers the generated handler.
