Cross-account password change via unchecked account ID

Authorization bypass in lenve vhr through commit 03abbd3 allows remote authenticated users to change another account's password. The PUT /hr/pass handler passes a body-supplied account ID to the password-update service without comparing it with the authenticated caller's identity. Any authenticated user who knows another account's current password can replace that password and take control of that account.
