Authenticated file read and write via uncontained jslid

Path traversal in DbGate 7.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read or write server files via crafted jslid values. getJslFileName() returns the path after file:// without containment validation, and jsldata controller methods pass it to filesystem reads and writes. Any valid login reaches the affected endpoints; access is limited by process permissions, while default Docker deployments run the process as root.
